@soomin I’d like to propose that we implement bi-weekly retros to discuss any non-routine maintenance. A periodic sync during shift overlaps to catch issues before they propagate.
Even 10 minutes would help. Walk through what was done, flag anything unusual, document lessons learned.

Logs aren’t the same as discussion. The sensor mount issue two weeks ago happened because three people passed around bad information. A brief review would have caught that.
